"Thank you for helping me be a better parent.
I so appreciate how well you listen."
-Helen, mother to U.
To be a parent is to be in relationship. Babies and children need loving, supportive and understanding caregivers. Sounds simple, but actually caring for a little one can get complicated fast.
I can help you deepen your understanding of your child. My approach is built on developmental theory and research, personal and professional experience, and my desire to get to know your unique family and child. Through consultations, I condense the many voices telling you how to parent into an approachable field of possibilities. My goal is to leave you with the tools and confidence to parent the child you have. Let’s work together. |
"Melina has strong instincts, a great sense of humor, and a warm and non-judgmental approach that puts parents at ease. As an early childhood educator myself, I had high expectations and Melina exceeded them. She is as good as it gets."
